When you send a request we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the product or application, quantity, preferred origin and your message, plus the page you sent it from and the time. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

We use your request details only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on that business request. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

Your request is delivered to our sales mailbox. To quote or fulfil an order we may share the necessary product and delivery details with the manufacturer and logistics providers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business relationship or legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.
